BASA EU-USA
The "Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement (BASA) between the European Union and the United States of America on Cooperation in the Regulation of Civil Aviation Safety" currently covers the following subjects:
- Airworthiness approvals and monitoring of civil aeronautical products;
- Environmental testing and approvals of civil aeronautical products; and
- Approvals and monitoring of maintenance facilities
